"CONNECTING WITH GEN Z : STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS"
Our college organized a Staff Enrichment Programme on the topic "Connecting with Gen Z: Strategies for Success" to equip faculty members with effective approaches to engage and inspire today's generation of learners.
The programme was led by Sri Praveen Udupa, Founder and Technical Director, A1 Logics, who served as the Resource Person. Through an engaging and interactive session, he shared valuable insights into the characteristics, learning preferences, and expectations of Generation Z students. He highlighted practical strategies for fostering meaningful classroom interactions, enhancing student engagement, leveraging technology in education, and building positive teacher–student relationships.
