On account of 79th independence Day, flag hoisting ceremony was held in the college campus at 8.15am by our beloved principal Smt. Lakshmi P.
March Past was conducted by students of various association NCC, NSS, Rovers & Rangers , RedCross,Council Members and class Representatives at Vidyadayinee High School Ground. The Chief Guest Dr. Shivananda Bekal, Broadcasting Corporation of India, addressed the gathering by congratulaing the students and staff on the occasion of 79th Independence Day and also by briefing the development of India in the field of Economy, Science etc.
The formal programme was succeeded by the Cultural Programme "DESH PREM". The Staffs and students of all the sister institutions of Hindu Vidyadayinee Sangha actively participated in the same.
