Fine Arts Association

The activities of the Fine Arts Association of our college were inaugurated by Mr. Rahul Vasishta ,Renowned Editor and Colorist, Kannada & Tulu Film industry. He also shared his experience as the student of GDPUC on the occasion.

Talent Hunt was organized for the I P.U.C. students to provide a spotlight for those hidden gems among us to exhibit their hidden talents, to announce themselves as ready to be nurtured, and represent the college at the Pre-University level in various competitions.

Inter class variety entertainment competition was conducted where students showcase their unique talents and abilities. The judges for the competition were Mr Vinyas Madhya, Mr Sumanth and Mrs Anu Dhiraj. First prize bagged by II commerce C, Second prize bagged by II science A and Third prize for II commerce A. Best individual performer prize under male category goes to Mr Kiran Naik A.S. of II science A, best individual performer prize under female category goes to Miss Yashaswini Devadiga of II science A and best M.C. prize winner is Miss Anagha Aithal of II science B.

Jnana Darpana 2023 an Inter High school intellectual and cultural competition was inaugurated by Sri Sudheer Shetty Kannur,Mayor Mangaluru city corporation.Sri Shreeranga H.,Secretary,Hindu Vidyadayinee Sangha(R.) was the guest of honor,Sri Jayachandra Hatwar,President H.V. Sangha presided over the function. It was followed by various competition and the prize distribution programme was held at 4 P.M..The overall prize was won by Sri Mahalingeshwara English Medium School,Surathkal.

Bhavageethe competition was held on 1/7/2024

Inauguration of fine arts association was held on 26th June 2024 in our college auditorium in which Mr Vinod Shetty, fine arts coordinator GDC surathkal was the inaugurator and the programme was followed by felicitating the trainer of ‘NruthyaBajane’ team Mr Vinod Shetty & Mr Nithesh.
